COMPETITIVE PROGRAM CLUB FEE

San Francisco Glens Evolution charges an annual fee for players participating on competitive program and the annual fee for the 2017-2018 season depends on the level of teams they are on.  The annual fee covers fall, winter and spring seasons usually 10 months out of a year.

THE LEVEL OF TEAM AND FEE STRUCTURE

CELITC ACADEMY TEAM

Playing league: NorCal Premier league or NPL
Level: Premier and Gold (only top team of each age group can be called the Celtic Academy I team)
Include  One extra league of play
Practice per week: 3
Club fee: $2,000

NORCAL BRONZE AND COPPER TEAM

Playing league: NorCal Premier league
Level: Bronze and Copper
Extra league of play is optional and additional fee applies
Practice per week: 2
Club fee: $1,500

NORCAL GOLD AND SILVER LEVEL TEAM

Playing league: NorCal Premier league
Level: Gold and Silver (Celtic Academy II teams)
Include  One extra league of play
Practice per week: 2
Club fee: $1,800​

CCSL PREP TEAM

Playing league: CCSL prep by SF Youth Soccer league
Level: Prep silver and prep bronze

Club fee: $1,450

Optional fee per player

• Optional Extra league of play:
  • NorCal State Cup: $150 per player
  • Duel league play: $150 per player per season
  • SFRPD Indoor soccer league: TDB

What is INCLUDED?

The annual club fee covers followings:

• Fall and spring seasons, Winter training  
• Professional coaching fee
• One two-hour long Spring skills clinic 
• Goalkeeper Academy 
• Referee costs 
• One Extra league of Play for (Celtic team and Norcal Gold/Silver team ONLY)
• Registration fee to various leagues such as SFYS, Norcal Premier League, US Club Soccer, SFRPD, CalNorth.
• Club Administration
• An option to schedule Installment payment plan without extra charge

• Individual player travel expense
• Uniform 
• Coach lodging and meals at overnight tournaments.

THE CLUB FEE AT A GLANCE 

The SFGE club annual fee covers fall, winter and spring seasons usually 10 months out of a year and the monthly average is $200 - $145 for all the benefits you receive being a SFGE member.  

REFUND POLICY 

The date corresponds with SF Youth Soccer League's deadline to confirm for 2017-2018 season.  After a player is registered with the league, a team is committed and the yearly budget for a team is set based on the number of participating players.  A player is committed for 2017-2018 season and is responsible for full anuual club fee.

1) The initial deposit of $300 is not refundable.
2) 5/03/2026 -- 1/2 of the club fee is not refundable after this date (One week before Fall season SFYS league registration deadline) 

The player will not receive refund even if:
1) The player decided not to play for the winter season
2) The player decided not to play for the spring season -- players can participate in fall season ONLY with the prior approval from the Director of Coaching and it needs to be approved by 5/3/2017.  

Exceptions can be made to the above refund policy for the following reasons:

• A player incurs a serious injury or illness that will require that player to miss a majority of the season.  Must be approved by the Director of Coaching
• The Director of Coaching decides that a player was inappropriately placed on a competitive team and would be better served to play Recreational Soccer.
• The Director of Coaching decides that a player should be placed on a different level team after re-evaluation based on the player performance and the club fee of the difference on two teams will be refunded.

FINANCIAL AID

SF Glens Evolution has a financial aid budget available to encourage players to participate in the club soccer regardless of playing level and socioeconomic status.   The level of financial aid will be made based upon the need and we ask the families to volunteer for the club activities to support the club.  Please email financialaid@sfge.org for more information.
