RECREATIONAL SOCCER

The SF Glens Evolution Recreational Soccer Program

SF Glens Evolution's recreational soccer program is designed for players 2nd grade - 8th grade, and teams that are looking for a fun learning environment.

​All our Rec Teams have a licensed coach that works with them for one practice week and one game on the weekend.  Our main goal is to instill a natural love for the game of soccer that not only the player enjoys, but the whole family. 

If you have a group of friends/classmates that would like to play together, please contact us.  

Registration information
We form teams that play in the SFYS recreational league.  SFYS provides the fields for practice and games and SF Glens Evolution does not have control of the fields allocation process and distribution.  

1-  Fall season (10 weeks season):
* SFYS league and SFGE club registration window for players- mid April/May; 
* Teams assemble happens in April and May;
* Practice allocations happens late August/early September;
* Season kickoff week after Labor Day.

2-Spring season (10 weeks season):
* Registration window for players - November / early December;
* Season kickoff March;

SFGE Fall/17 Registrations

Please note that recreational program is open for 2nd grade to 8th grade players.​

Fall season requires two registrations done by player:

1. Gotsoccer - $300 club fee
2. Affinity - $70 SFYS league registration fee
3. $31 uniform (new player ONLY)

Spring season require one registration:

1. ​Gotsoccer - $370 club fee (the club fee + SFYS fee combine into one registration)
2. $31 uniform (new player ONLY)

PROGRAM NOTES & FEATURES

• Fall (Sep-mid Nov) & Spring (March-May) Playing Seasons
• Registration for Fall begins in Mid-April;
• Registration for Spring begins in November;
• Ages 2nd to 8th grade players;
• SFYS league provides balance bracketing which helps insures teams play teams of similar ability;
• Players will commit to 1 practice and 1 game per week ;
• All Games in San Francisco;
