The SF Glens Evolution Recreational Soccer Program

SF Glens Evolution's recreational soccer program is designed for players, age 6-14, and teams that are looking for a fun learning environment and may be interested in taking their soccer experience to the next level.  

​All our Rec Team have a licensed coach that works with them for one practice week. Each team follows our club curriculum, one that is focused on the technical development of each player along with the growth and development of the team. Our main goal is to instill a natural love for the game of soccer that not only the player enjoys, but the whole family. Typically, with Rec-level play, teams won't travel outside of San Francisco.

In addition, if your player is part of an existing team and you are looking for a qualified coach; or, if you wish to keep your existing coach but come to a club with enhanced training options and a player development path to higher levels of play, then please contact us to learn how SF Glens Evolution can help.

​Due to the large relative size of our club, we are able to work with you to find the right team and the right soccer experience. The process is simple:
  1. Register your player by clicking on our registration buttons. Please note that you will need to create a GotSport account if you have not already done so.
  2. Let us know about groups of registered players interested in playing together as a team (or as part of a team). Please note that, absent any other information, we always look to common schools and/or zip codes when forming recreational soccer teams.
  3. We will then be in touch regarding your placement and fees.

PROGRAM NOTES & FEATURES
  • Fall (Sep-mid Nov) & Spring (March-May) Playing Seasons
  • Registration for Fall begins in Mid-April !!
  • Registration for Spring begins in November !!
  • Ages 8-14
  • Players may only register for one team and that commitment is for the entire playing year--Fall through Spring.
  • Balance Bracketing helps insures teams play teams of similar ability
  • Relaxed Commitment: 1 practice and 1 game per week ​
  • All Games in San Francisco
  • Compete against clubs, school teams, and independently run/parent teams
