ELITE PLAYER PROGRAMAnnouncing Session One: Fall 2015
We are pleased to announce the SF Glens Evolution Elite Player Program. The SF Glens Evolution Elite Player Program is designed to support our top competitive teams, U9-U13, and their dedicated players by providing a series of closely observed training opportunities in a professional-like setting with top coaches. This program will be launching in late Fall of 2015 with four (4), 2-hour sessions, each specifically designed for the elite player. Dates and Times for registered players have been announced below. The sessions will stress technical mastery and small-sided games designed to improve speed of play, tactical awareness, and overall performance. Multiple top coaches will be on hand and participation will be limited to insure a high coach-to-player ratio. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED TO REGISTER FOR THIS PROGRAM. PLEASE NOTE: Players will only be accepted to the SF Glens Evolution Elite Player Program if they are currently on the top SF Glens or Evolution FC playing team of their age group; or, if they are on the second team of their age group, with the recommendation from their head coach. SF Glens Evolution Elite Player Program Fall 2015 Dates & Times Date 1: 11/22 Treasure Island Field C 8AM-9.45AM--Boys born in 2001/2002/2003/2004 10AM-11.45AM--Girls born in 2002/2003/2004/2005/2006 & Boys born in 2005/2006 Date 2: 12/6 Treasure Island Field C 8AM-9.45AM--Boys born in 2001/2002/2003/2004 10AM-11.45AM--Girls born in 2002/2003/2004/2005/2006 & Boys born in 2005/2006 Date 3: 12/13 Treasure Island Field C 8AM-9.45AM--Boys born in 2001/2002/2003/2004 10AM-11.45AM--Girls born in 2002/2003/2004/2005/2006 & Boys born in 2005/2006 Date 4: 12/20 Treasure Island Field C 8AM-9.45AM--Boys born in 2001/2002/2003/2004 10AM-11.45AM--Girls born in 2002/2003/2004/2005/2006 & Boys born in 2005/2006 Players MUST attend the time assigned to their birth year--NO EXCEPTIONS! ***Please come prepared to play on grass. The sessions will be held rain or shine. ***Players should have proper attire, be prepared for temperature or weather changes, bring a water bottle AND A SOCCER BALL with their name clearly printed on it. ***Please note that the program will begin and end promptly at the times above. Cost is $85 per registered player. Drop-ins are $30 per session and must include a coach’s recommendation and prior approval from Mike McNeil or Dave Anderson, Executive Directors of Coaching for SF Glens Evolution.
