BEACH SOCCER

SF Glens Evolution is excited to announce our inaugural Beach Soccer Boot Camp. Come on down to Ocean Beach and join us as we prepare to kick off Fall season in top shape by getting to work on San Francisco’s beautiful coastline.

We are offering four dates of beach soccer action over a two week span. The boot camp is open to all players, both boys and girls, of all age groups and ability. All sessions will run on Ocean Beach, opposite Beach Chalet Bar & Restaurant (just look out for the SFGE flags).
Sessions will be divided by age group. The younger age group (birth year 2006 & younger) will play fun beach soccer games and scrimmage to goal. For birth years, 2005 & older we will be focusing on building aerobic fitness, strength and conditioning and speed and agility work – all before finishing with scrimmages.
