JOIN THE CLUB, BE A PART OF TRADITION, COMMUNITY, EXCELLENCE SF Glens Evolution is a premier San Francisco Youth soccer club that looks after a player through his or her entire development path; players do not need to look to a different club to play at the highest level of competition because SF Glens Evolution ALREADY offers every levels of competition including Recreational, CCSL prep, NorCal Premier League, NPL, and Development Academy for various age level.
Our players are frequently the very best in their age group and our teams compete at the highest possible levels of play. The tryouts for 2018/19 season will be in the weekend of May 12th and May 13th and the detail will be available in coming month. If you are a recreational or micro soccer player, we may invite you to our practice during spring season before the tryouts. The girls battled their way to final where they were put to the test. After scoring first, the girls battled to the last minute but fell short in the end. Congratulations girls on your 2nd place finish!
What is NPL Champions league? Teams earn spots in Spring division based on their finish in the NorCal NPL Fall. The highest Spring division is the NPL Champions League which consists of the top 8 teams statewide with the winner of the division being crowned NorCal NPL Champion. The NPL Champions League winner and runner up will represent NorCal at the 2018 ENPL West Finals in San Diego, CA. SFGE Celtic Academy 03B 1 qualified for champions league! Congratulation!
SFGE Celtic Academy 04B 1 needs one more win to qualify. Stay tuned... SFGE will be taking off to Italy TODAY! The group of boys will be going a unforgettable trip as they embark on a 10 day journey. The first stop on the trip will be Rome where the boys will train at the AS Roma training facility. Here, they will be trained by Roma Academy coaches and play a game against the local team. In addition, the group will be watching the Serie A match, S.S. Lazio vs ACF Fiorentina. Next, they will travel to Florence/Tuscany to visit the Italian FA's Converciano, home of the Italian National team. The boys will train at the top of the line facility and watch the USA U17's take on Italy U17. They will also face two other local clubs here.

The skills clinic will cover ball, manipulation, technical and coordination skills, as well as small sided games by providing closely observed training opportunities in a professional-like setting with two top coaches and it is absolutely FREE. Please come and meet the Girls competitive program director, JP Mujica, and a coach for SFGE 08G Black, Jamie Patterson. JP Mujica is the SFGE Girls competitive program director and the assistant coach for Skyline College. He has USSF C license and many years of coaching experience. Jamie Patterson is the coach of SFGE USSDA boys U12 team & SFGE 08G Black and has UEFA B license. Following a comprehensive review of elite player development in the United States and around the world, U.S. Soccer created the Development Academy in 2007. The Academy Program's philosophy is based on increased training, less total games, and more meaningful games using international rules of competition. The Academy Program focuses on positively impacting everyday club environments to assist in maximizing youth player development across the country. The Academy values individual development of elite players over winning trophies and titles. The Academy sets the standard for elite environments for youth soccer clubs nationwide and is a part of U.S. Soccer's global leadership position in youth soccer that will impact thousands of players.
